All ETFs are subject to risk, including possible loss of principal. Sector ETF products are also subject to sector risk and non-diversification risk, which will result in greater price fluctuations than the overall market.
Investors should consider the following risk factors and special considerations associated with investing in the ETF, which may cause you to lose money. The ETF is considered non-diversified and can invest a greater portion of assets in securities of individual issuers than a diversified fund. As a result, changes in the market value of a single investment could cause greater fluctuations in share price than would occur in a diversified fund. A principal risk of investing in the ETF is equity risk, which is the risk that the value of the securities held by the ETF will fall due to general market and economic conditions, perceptions regarding the industries in which the issuers of securities held by the ETF participate or factors relating to specific companies in which the ETF invests. The ETF's investments in non-U.S. issuers involve unique risks compared to investing in securities of U.S. issuers, including, among others, greater market volatility than U.S. securities and less complete financial information than for U.S. issuers. In addition, adverse political, economic or social developments could undermine the value of the ETF's investments or prevent the ETF from realizing the full value of its investments. The Underlying Index measures the performance of equity securities of companies engaged in the production and distribution of commodities and commodity-related products. The Underlying Index does not measure the performance of direct investment in the underlying commodities and, therefore, may not move in the same direction and to the same extent as the underlying commodities. See the section "Additional Risks" in the prospectus for additional risk factors.
Risk of Investing in the Oil and Gas Sector. Economic forces, including forces affecting oil and gas markets, as well as government policies and regulations affecting the oil and gas sector and related industries, could adversely affect the Fund's portfolio companies and, thus, the Fund's financial situation and profitability.
